    Cypress Creek Air Conditioning - Heat has been amazing. From the moment I called them to book my appointment, Jennifer was very pleasant and helpful. She was able to book me in with a very short notice. Also, she informed me about an e-mail confirmation with a clear picture of the technician that was assigned to come to my house to check on my AC. Jennifer also informed me about their current coupons and promotions that could help me to save some $$$ The technician arrived with in the time frame estimated. Garret showed up at my house with a clean uniform clear identification of his name and company (as shown in the e-mail confirmation/picture previously provided). Garret put on his booties over his working shoes before entering my house. He was very polite and took the time to listening to my concerns about what I thought it was wrong with my AC units. Garret politely asked me if he could proceed to check the AC units (in the attic and outside). He proceeded to connect his computers (gauges) in to both of my AC units (one at the time) and while doing so, Garret provided me with an explanation of what he was doing. He also performed 25 check points around the house. At all times he was very polite and very patient as I kept asking questions. Every time he went outside my house he made sure to take his booties off and place them back before entering my house. Shortly after, he prepared a detailed report for each of the units. He didn’t push a long sale speech about any of their products o services. Garret mentioned to me about the age of my AC units and services his company offer, but I never felt pressured by his suggestions. It turned out to be that there isn’t anything wrong with my AC units, but the excruciating heat (over the 100’s) we have been experiencing in Texas for the last month or so. My AC’s are performing according to specifications, the cooling levels are good, electrical are good. I’m grateful for the outcome, but mostly to Garrett for providing a stress and hassle free experience. Thank you so much Garret!!! I have no hesitation to recommend Garret & Cypress Creek Air Conditioning - Heat. This company and technicians know what they are doing. They are honest, very polite and ethical.     The job started as promised on February 7, 2019 at 7:30AM. These guys do not fool around, it seems as if the entire company showed up to handle this job, including company president Dave Williams. They essentially had to rip EVERYTHING out of the attic and start from scratch. Quite a job, but made easier by the sheer numbers of skilled technicians working on it. The new system is better designed and better insulated then the old one, thanks to technician Daniel Stewart. It was amazing to watch these pros in action. Everyone had their own function, but they all worked together like a finely oiled machine. The project wrapped in one day as promised. Our new system provides better air flow, and we have already noticed the difference in one day. The air is noticeably fresher as well because it is no longer moving through old contaminated ductwork. The air you breathe is vital, and reducing the amount of contaminants that you inhale is important to your overall health. We are extremely happy that we made this investment in our home.

    We have done business with Cypress Creek Air Conditioning-Heat for roughly 15 years. They have provided services to us for all of our heating and air conditioning needs, from Spring and Fall maintenance inspections to replacement of old equipment. They have even re-designed and installed new ductwork in our attic to increase the performance of our systems. One morning earlier this week I contacted the office to schedule our Fall maintenance inspection. With this being a busy time for them, I expected the earliest appointment could not be scheduled for at least a week, maybe longer. Instead, they were able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. As usual, Johnny, the technician, arrived right on time. He quickly and efficiently inspected our entire system and offered recommendations for getting our system in tip-top condition, both in terms of safety and efficiency. He quickly completed the items needed and wished us Happy Holidays. As usual, friendly, courteous and professional. I would recommend Cypress Creek Air Conditioning-Heat to anyone seeking courteous, competent and professional service for their air conditioning and heating needs.
